I know what it's like to have a big vision but excuses and fears that feel like impossible obstacles.
I spent years knowing I was meant for something more meaningful, but every time I tried to step into my purpose-driven work, I'd hit invisible walls.
I had the skills, the knowledge, even some of the opportunities, but I kept myself small.
The breakthrough came when I realised the issue wasn't my strategy or my capabilities. It was that my subconscious mind hadn't given me permission to be the leader my mission required.
